This lovely blue shimmery short dress has a flower motif in the middle that plays with the flow of the fabric. From the flower drops the frills of the skirt that go down to the middle of the thigh. This strapless dress is perfect for blue eyes or if you like a shade of electric blue that will brighten any room.
Faviana is one of the top prom dress designers and many of their dresses are long and flowing. CB's Limited has this black and white short prom dress for $170 that goes well with just about anything. Two spaghetti straps with a white bodice combine with black curve-hugging fabric starting at the midriff to make a sultry dress for prom 2012.
